제목 Protein adsorption and cellular responses of supported lipid bilayers with various surface characteristics
초록 In recent years, supported lipid bilayer (SLB) mimic biological membranes and used to a versatile platform for a wide range of biophysical research areas including lipid–protein and membrane-cell interactions, protein–protein interactions and membrane-based biosensors. The SLB-induced  surface charges and low stiffness affect protein adsorption and in vitro cellular responses. Among various SLB substrates, the phosphorylcholine-based zwitterionic surfaces exhibited unique property than other types of SLB system. The surfaces holding zwitterionic groups were highly resistant to nonspecific protein adsorption, while those did not interrupt cell attachment and other responses. This work provides interesting result related with the surface charge and composition induced SLB-cell response using FTIR, ELS,  QCM-D, confocal microscope, and inverted optical microscope.
