제목 Comparative studies of the annealing treatment conditions on the properties of Cu2ZnSn(S, Se)4 thin films
초록 We present an optimization of the heat treatment process as applied to high efficiency Cu2ZnSnS4 thin film solar cells (TFSCs). Specifically, we investigated effect of annealing treatment and time and the amount of sulfur and Se pellet source. The sulfur-selenizations of DC sputtered precursor film have been carried out using RTA system in a graphite box with Sulfur powder and Se pellets. The first condition is the annealing temperature and the second is the amount of S, Se source, the third heat treatment time. Effect of sulfur-selenization condition on the structural, morphological, chemical, and optical properties of Cu2ZnSnS4 thin films were investigated using X-ray diffraction (XRD) patterns, Field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM), UV-Visible spectroscopy and Raman spectroscopy.
