Metal halide perovskite (MHP) have attracted great interests for their potential in solar cell application due to excellent optoelectronic properties including, strong absorption coefficient in visible light spectrum, low exciton binding energy, long carrier diffusion length. However, interfacial defects present in perovskite film, including those at grain boundaries and those present between perovskite and overlying charge transport layer have been directed to cause negative influence on performance of a perovskite solar cell. As ammonium salts have been reported to form strong interaction with undercoordinated Pb atoms, we tried to introduce polymeric passivating agent with multiple ammonium salts on perovskite surface and thereby, to deliver enhanced efficiency. |
