제목 Study on biofouling of various surfaces and foul release test
초록 The surface chemistry and physical properties of the substrate are both crucial to preventing the recruitment of biofouling organisms. Natural antifouling surfaces exhibit both chemical and physical attributes. The chemical structure is discussed briefly as it relates to both anti-fouling and fouling-release properties. Herein, the FR films are fabricated to a flat surface of silicone film, amphiphilic modified silicone film and surface texturing of the silicone film. Fouling test was accomplished in the laboratory test and used amphora sp. and navicula annexa as microalgae, and Escherichia coli as bacteria. Surface roughness was measured by confocal microscopy and surface chemical properties were measured by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. E. coli was analyzed by using spectrophotometry for the absorption of 600nm wavelength band and quantity of microalgae were calculated by chlorophyll a method.
