제목 Fabrication of Flexible and Semi-transparent Perovskite Solar Cells
초록 Harvesting eco-friendly renewable energy sources are getting tremendous attentions to solve environmental pollution derived from rapid global urbanization. One of the most researched renewable energy sources is solar energy owing to its abundancy and sustainability. Nearly 40% of total energy accounts for electricity from buildings. Due to high electricity demand from buildings, it is essential to research on building-integrated photovoltaics (BIPVs) which harvest electricity from solar energy and supply electricity directly for consumption by itself. Perovskite solar cells are widely researched due to its high absorption coefficient and high power conversion efficiency. Hereby, we fabricated flexible and semi-transparent perovskite solar cells using laser scriber for average visible transmittance (AVT) control which can be mounted on any rough rooftop surfaces or integrated into windows and facades for BIPVs applications.
