Synchronizing physical and chemical information in energy materials using soft x-ray based ptychography |
| 초록 |
In this presentation, we introduced soft x-ray ptychography to study the physicochemical structures of various energy storage materials. By using high resolution imaging with chemical probe that can identify the chemical structure, we could further understand ongoing physicochemical structural change during real operation situation (operando). Herein, we presented the current art-of-science ptychography tool and few examples using it such as battery and catalyst materials. |
