Sweat is one of the most informative bio-fluids that has a lot of information about human body. Therefore, recently, many efforts have been made to analyze sweat by incorporating a microfluidics channel system into a sweat sensor. However, the microfluidics channel had to be filled before sweat reached the sweat sensor, thus, the sweat collection efficiency had to be reduced, but until now no attempts have been made to maximize the efficiency without leaving sweat inside the channel. Here, to solve this problem, we demonstrated a novel sweat-collecting patch that can collect sweat quickly and efficiently, this ability reduces the time it takes for the sweat sensor to operate reliably and also enables practical use of sweat sensor. |
