Due to the epidemic of particulate matters and Corona 19, the demand for air quality maintance technology is increasing not only in residentail area but also in various comercial area such as public facilities, medical facilities, and welfare facilities. For the minimization of the filter wastes, public and multi-purpose facilities require long life filters with large amount of air permeability and low differential pressure. In this study, in order to improve the collection efficiency, carbon nanotubes (CNTs) are grown on the glass fiber(GF) through chemical vapor deposition. The ratio of bimetallic catalysts was adjusted in the fixed weight during CNT growth. The CNT hybrids for filter media were analyzed by scanning electron microscope and air permeability tester. |
