제목 | The Simple Process for Colloidal Synthesis of TMDs Heterostructure |
초록 | Transitional metal chalcogenides(TMDs) are good material for electrochemical devices. Also, TMDs heterostructures(TMDs HTR) show rectification characteristics on its heterojunction. The variety of methods, exfoliation, CVD, and colloidal synthesis are used to obtain TMDs nanomaterials. But colloidal method is rarely used for synthesis of TMDs HTR. In this study, we suggest simple process for synthesis of TMDs HTR in colloidal system. MoSe2 nanoparticles(NPs) was obtained by a hot-injection method in organic acid solvent. And then, WSe2 were subsequently grown on the washed MoSe2 NPs. The structure of MoSe2/WSe2(MW) NPs with growth time of WSe2 are shown through TEM, Raman spectroscopy. The composition of MW NPs is investigated using EDX, XPS and Raman spectroscopy. TEM images show the size of MoSe2 decreases during growth of WSe2. Ratios of WSe2 to MoSe2 Raman intensity are increase as the growth time of WSe2 is increase. HER performances of synthesized MoSe2, WSe2 and MW HTR are analyzed using LSV. The process of colloidal synthesis for TMDs HTR is so accessible that can be applied to synthesis another TMDs HTR. |
