3D printed scaffolds consisted of biodegradable natural or synthetic polymers can mimic extracellular matrix (ECM) with good mechanical properties and biocompatibility. The aim of this study is to develop 3D printed hydrogel composite scaffolds with gelatin, hyaluronic acid, and hydroxyapatite for regulating the cell proliferation and differentiation of Mesenchymal stem cells. To fabricate the composite hydrogels, mixed solution of gelatin and hyaluronic acid was prepared, and then hydroxyapatite was added with different concentrations into the mixed solutions. 3D printed hydrogel composite scaffold with various pore structures was prepared and inorganic particles were grown on the surface using simulate body fluid. The composition, microstructure, physical and cytocompatibilities of the hydrogel composite scaffolds were evaluated. |
