제목 Nitrogen-doped cobalt sulfide electrodes derived from carbonized metal-organic frameworks by in-situ sulfide reaction for supercapacitors​
초록 Transitionmetal sulfide is considered a promising material from the viewpoint of higher capacitance, abundant redox sites, and improved conductivity than the metal oxide. Recently, in order to prevent the decrease of conductivity caused by the resistance of adhesive, there are more and more technologies growing directlyon three-dimensional conductive substrates. In this study, by directly growing cobalt sulfide on carbon cloth which is a conductive material having excellent flexibility, can improve electrical conductivity and increase electrical activity efficiency. The morphology, structure and crystallinity of the composites were investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD)and field emission scanning electron microscopy(FE-SEM). The electrochemical properties were characterized by cyclicvoltammetry (CV), galvanostatic charge-discharge (GCD) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) test.
