제목 Synthesis of Metal-Oxide@Graphite Core−Shell Composites with Electronic Insulation and Electromagnetic Interference Shielding Performance
초록 Insulation and electromagnetic interference shielding(EMI) function materials have many potential applications. A magnetic and Insulating MFe2O4@graphite (M=Co, Fe, Ni) Composites with a core–shell structure was prepared by one step method in an aqueous solution containing dispersion of metal-oxide@graphite. CoFe2O4 composite shows the best insulating properties, which is higher than Fe3O4@graphite and NiFe2O4@graphite. For analysis EMI property, we mixed fillers with paraffin wax. CoFe2O4 composite shows the best EMI performance too. This is mainly attributed to the synergistic effects between permittivity and permeability and enhanced effects at the interfaces.
