Effect of Lysophosphatidic acid-loaded Silk Film for Cornea Endothelium Regeneration |
초록 |
Lysophosphatidic acid(LPA) is known as a multifunctional intercellular phospholipid messenger. Since, LPA can act as a signaling molecule, it favours cell growth. Because of its good biocompatibility and easy processing, silk fibroin (SF) is used as a tissue engineering scaffold. LPA/SF scaffolds were fabricated with 0µM and 20µM LPA loadings. Fabricated LPA/SF scaffolds loaded 0µM and 20µM were analyzed for various properties such as FESEM, contact angle, transparency, FTIR, MTT assay, mRNA expression, etc. 20µM loaded LPA/SF scaffolds displays good cell proliferation and morphology. LPA/SF scaffolds were found to support cell growth and forms hexagonal morphology with well-maintained bio-functions. Thus, the LPA/SF scaffolds can be envisioned as a highly-suitable material for cornea transplantation with good water mobility |
