제목 Cr 함량이 2상 스테인레스강 석출 거동에 미치는 영향
초록 This study examined the effect of N addition in duplex stainless steels on the phase stability about the Cr nitride precipitation from ferrite matrix. The changes in the volume fraction and shape of precipitates with various N and Cr contents were correlated with the hardness of α and γ phases of the present alloy based on the detailed TEM micrographic observation. In CD4MCU cast duplex stainless steel, the precipitates with the shape of globular and the size of 20nm were found in ferrite matrix increasing its volume fraction marginally with 0.27 pct N addition. Both of precipitates in the ferrite matrix and in the boundaries of austenite were identified as CrN of fcc structure and 4.18 lattice parameter by TEM diffraction patterns. The orientation relationship between CrN and ferrite phase was determined as (011)α║(200)CrN and (321)α║(111)CrN with the <133> zone axis of ferrite.
