제목 | Control of Crystal Shape and Size of DNAM according to Antisolvents |
초록 | DNAM has higher thermal stability and lower sensitivity as explosive materials, and it is 4,6-Dinitroamino-1,3,5-triazine-2(1H)-one. the performance of high energy material depends on the purity and crystal shape of material. Also, it shows different performance depending on the filling efficiency. In particular, control of crystal shape and size is a function of supersaturation. the focus of this study is to control the median crystal size and defect of DNAM using Drowning-out crystallization by the Antisolvents. Using a solvent 1, the crystals were recovered by injection Antisolvent 1,2,3,4 into the solution. Raman was used to confirm the polymorphism of the crystal depending on the Antisolvent. The crystal shape and size, it was confirmed by microscope and SEM analysis. In case of using Antisolvent 3, the crystal size was more than 50um and crystal shape close to cubic. |
