Effects of Se/(S+Se) ratio on Cu2ZnSn(SxSe1-x)4 (CZTSSe) thin film by sputtering |
초록 |
Cu2ZnSn(SxSe1-x)4 (CZTSSe) is a promising candidate for thin film solar cells due to its optimum band gap energy, high absorption coefficient (>104 cm-1), non-toxic and earth abundant elements. In this regard, the interest of studying thin films with sulfo-selenized absorber as a possible replacement for Cu(In,Ga)Se2 have been highlighted. Kesterite CZTSSe thin films were fabricated with a SLG/Mo/CZTSSe/CdS/i-ZnO/AZO/Al configuration. The sputtered Cu/Sn/Zn stacked metallic precursors were sulfo-selenized using rapid thermal annealing (RTA) system. Annealing process was done in a graphite box under sulfur and selenium vapor pressure (0.03MPa) using Ar inert atmosphere at 520°C for 10 min. In this study, the structure, phase purity, morphology and composition were investigated by XRD, Raman, FE-SEM and XRF indicating that the properties of sulfo-selenized CZTSSe thin films strongly depend on the Se/(S+Se) composition ratio. The systematic changes observed with increasing Se/(S+Se) ratio have been discussed in detail. |
