제목 Vapor phase polymerization of 3, 4-ethylenedioxythiophene (EDOT) in the presence of CuCl2
초록 The flexible and thin PEDOT/Cu composite film was prepared on the poly (ethylene terephtalate) (PET) film in the presence of copper (Ⅱ) chloride (CuCl2) by a vapor phase polymerization. In this reaction, the EDOT was polymerized oxidative by CuCl2 while CuCl2 was reduced to form Cu metal. The PEDOT/Cu composite film was characterized by UV-vis spectrum, SEM, EDX, and XRD and XPS to confirm formation of PEDOT and Cu metal particles.
