제목 A study on electrochemical properties of EDLC by using hetero atom doped on activated carbon fiber​
초록 In this study, the effect of the activated carbon fiber (ACF) doped with hetero atom (nitrogen) on EDLC performance was investigated. Nitrogen doping of the activated carbon fiber (ACF) can enhance the electrons mobility, which improves the electrochemical performance of the electrode. Polyimide fiber was prepared as a base precursor, a reagent containing an amine group was used as hetero atom derivatives. The modified ACFs were manufactured various carbonization condition under N2 atmosphere. The surface chemical compositions of manufactured ACFs were analyzed by energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The textural properties were studied by BET, BJH equations, and NLDFT with N2/77 K adsorption isotherms. The electrochemical performances were evaluated by using cyclic voltammetry (CV), electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), and galvanostatic charge/discharge test (GCD).
