제목 Recovery of indium from spent etching solution containing relatively low concentration of indium.
초록  We investigated the technology for recovery of Indium metal from spent etching solution which containing relatively low concentrations of indium, by both Solvent extraction and electro-winning processes.
 At the first experiments, various extractants such as Cyanex-272, ALQ336, D2EHPA and PC-88A were used for the indium extraction. D2EHPA, diluted in kerosene, shown the best extraction efficiency and the best ratio between D2EHPA and Kerosene is 2:8. Also, extraction efficiency is increased by increasing A/O ratio. Extraction efficiency is about 98.6% in this case.  
 To recover the indium sponge from after the solvent extraction process, various electro-winning experiments such as pH of electrolyte, current density, and reaction temperature were investigated.  Extraction efficiency was increased as increasing by both pH value and current density, pH 0 and 1000A/m2. The reaction temperature is optimized from RT~40oC. In case of the real plant, the total recovery rate is about 96.02%.
