Current state-of-the-art flexible supercapacitors have a limited operational temperature because of electrolyte degradation and separator instability and thus, high temperature stable flexible electrolyte is in high demand. Here, we demonstrate highly ion-conducting, stretchable, and ultradurable double network (DN) ionogel films, in which ionic liquids (ILs) are confined in complementary DNs consisting of hard and soft polymers. The structure of DN ionogel electrolyte has been characterized by FT-IR and NMR. Solid state supercapacitor was fabricated by using rGO electrode and ionogel electrolyte and their basic electrochemical properties like CV, GCD, EIS was measured. The device found to work at the temperature as high as 150°C. When the temperature is increased from 30 to 150 °C, the DN ionogel film demonstrates excellent properties, such as ionic conductivities from 1.8 to 102 mS cm−1, a potential window of 2 V. |
