Skin tissue protects human body from the external environment and is an indicator of the degree of biological aging. Skin aging occurs due to complex factors. Internal factors are natural so that can not avoid skin aging, and external factors mainly include environmental effects such as ultraviolet rays and climate. In this study, trout extract was freeze-dryed and experimented in the form of powder. All of the cells were tested with In vitro test, and the cells used were NIH3T3, RAW 264.7, and B16F10 cells. DPPH was used to measure antioxidant activity, and tyrosinase and L-DOPA were used for whitening test. The NO production measurement was performed using RAW 264.7 and the melanin production measurement was performed using B16F10 cells. |
