The effect of porous microspheres contained Demineralized Bone Matrixforosteoblast cell growth |
| 초록 |
Demineralized bone matrix (DBM) is one of the widely used natural substitutes as a filling material to bone heeling and has been well known as osteoinductive materials. It has been used with segments or perforated slabs of various form and mixed with the diverse carriers to make injectable type hydrogel and formable putty. Biodegradable polymeric porous microspheres have a sufficient surface area and a lot of micropores which supply nutrients transport as a scaffold for cell-based therapy. In this study, we fabricated DBM contained porous microspheres and present a possibility of this formulation for bone regeneration. |
