초록 Problems caused by deposits in the papermaking process are well known to paper makers: They result in impaired quality, reduced runnability and increased costs. Generally speaking, deposits are substances that stick to surfaces such as wires, filters, felts, valves and nozzles, where they hinder the papermaking process. Deposit-forming substances normally occur in raw materials, additives and fresh water. We distinguish between organic, inorganic and microbial deposits. Whether deposits will form depends on the way the circulation waters are treated and the successful employment of a deposit control concept based on a holistic approach.
Solenis keeps an eye on the entire production process. We provide a variety of products specifically designed to be effective in their designated areas. Together, they comprise a successful and cost-effective.
