제목 Study of improving electrical conductivity and corrosion resistance of electrode material
초록 In the process of emulsification of nonconventional oil by electrical separation method, the electrode has a good corrosion resistance as well as a higher electrical conductivity because the acidic components can cause corrosive damage on the surface of the metallic electrode. Graphene has been known as an excellent electrical conductive materials with superior corrosive resistance. We prepared new electrode instead of metals. Carbon based electrods were made by CVD(Chemical Vapor Deposition) and by DLC(Diamond-Like Carbon). Morphology and structure of the graphene were confirmed by SEM, TEM, XRD and XPS, and raman. We analyzed the electrical conductivity, corrosion resistance, and thermal conductivity. We studied to improve water/oil separation efficiency and removal impurities.
