Recently, polymer composite materials with high dielectric constant and excellent flexibility have been a topic of great interest in electrical and electronic fields including capacitors and actuators. Polymers have flexibility, ease of processing, and low dielectric loss, but their dielectric constant is generally low. High-k fillers are an effective way to improve the dielectric constant of dielectric polymers. A representative method for increasing the dielectric constant of polymers is the use of high-k nanoparticles such as barium titanate (BT) and titanium oxide (TiO2) and graphene oxide (GO) as fillers. Large-sized graphene oxide (LGO) is generated through the Hummer's method, then oxidized once more to produce nanographene oxide (NGO) with an average size of 30 to 60 nm, and reduced using hydrazine hydrate to graphene oxide A hybrid filler having a high dielectric constant was synthesized by recovering the electrical conductivity |
