제목 Analysis on Fluid Dynamics and Particle Transport inside Diffusion Flame Reactor for Synthesis of TiO2 Nanoparticles
초록 We analyzed the fluid dynamics and particle transport inside the diffusion flame reactor for synthesis of TiO2 nanoparticles. The 2 dimension computational grids are created by GAMBIT, and FLUENT is applied to solve the governing equations for fluid dynamics. Temperature, velocity and species mass fraction profiles are evaluated under various process conditions such as O2 and CH4 flow rates which are used to predict the particle transport in the flame reactor. The results from the simulation are compared with the experiments of the synthesis of TiO2 nanoparticles.
