Stereoselective Synthesis of (2R,3R,4R)-3,4-Dihydroxyglutamic Acid |
| 초록 |
Glutamic acid derivatives are shown to possess various biological activities. They are the major excitatory neurotransmitter of the central nervous system. One of the derivatives, (3R,4R)-dihydroxy-D-glutamic acid, was synthesized by the dihydroxylation reaction of the N-ketimine protected (Z)-γ-amino-α,β-unsaturated ester derived from L-serine with ca. 10:1 selectivity. |
