Efficient Synthesis of (2S,3S,4S)-3,4-Dihydroxyglutamic Acid |
초록 |
Glutamic acid is the major excitatory neurotransmitter of the central nervous system and its analogues are also shown to possess various biological activities. One of its dihydroxyl analogues, (3S,4S)-dihydroxy-L-glutamic acid that is shown to be a selective agonist for mGluR1, was synthesized efficiently with ca. 10:1 stereoselectivity via the N-ketimine group-controlled dihydroxylation reaction of (Z)-γ-amino-α, β-unsaturated ester that was derived from N-t-Boc-O-Benzyl-L-serine. |
