Cyclopentadithiophene-Thienothiophene Copolymers for Field-Effect Transistors |
초록 |
Thieno[2,3-b]thiophene-based polymers are one of the best candidates for OFET applications. Low energy back bone confirmation attained by the thienothiophene unit may facilitate the formation of well-ordered crystalline domains. Cyclopentadithiophene can be counted as fused-ring analogues of poly-3-alkylthiophenes which are widely used in electronics. The combination of alkylated cyclopentadithiophene and rigid thienothiophene units may impart liquid crystalline behavior to the polymers which can be helped to improve the charge mobility by self organization. We report on the synthesis, characterization and FET performance of novel cyclopentadithiophene-thienothiophene copolymers. |
