제목 Synthesis and Characterization of Antimony-doped Tin oxide(ATO) Nanoparticles by a Hydrothermal Process.
초록 Antimony-doped tin oxide(ATO) nanoparticles were prepared under Hydrothermal condition by precipitation from metal nitrates with aqueous ammonium hydroxide. The nanoparticles were obtained at temperatures between 170 and 230℃. The microstructure and phase of the synthesized particles were studied by SEM ,TEM and XRD. The properties of the Antimony-doped tin oxide(ATO) powder were studied as a function of various processing parameters such as reaction temperature, reaction time and solution concentration.  The average particle sizes of the ATO increased with increasing reaction temperature.
