Synthesis and Characterization of Inorganic binder for high temperature By Sol-gel Process |
초록 |
Inorganic binder was prepared under sol-gel process condition by mole ratio of potassium hydroxide, lithium hydroxide, sodium hydroxide and colloidal silica. The inorganic binder was obtained at temperatures 60℃ for 2h. Inorganic binder was mixed with alumina powder by ball milling. Synthetic inorganic binder solution was coated no the SUS substrate by spray coating method. The microstructure and characterization of the coated inorganic binder was studied by (optical microscope) OM, hardness test by pencil, cross-cut adhesion test. Results of the tests were showed that most of the coated inorganic binder had Strong hardness and more than 4 value of adhesion. |
