제목 Effects of the Annealing Temperature on the Ferroelectric Properties of AD PbTiO3 Film
초록 PbTiO3 (PT) is a prototypical ferroelectric material that serves as one end member for the Pb(Zr1-xTix)O3 solid solution. PT has a single phase transition from a ferroelectric tetragonal structure to a paraelectric cubic one at 766 K and ambient pressure. Since PT has high tetragonality (c/a ratio ~1.06) and experiences a large volume change at the phase transition temperature (Tc), the fabrication of uncracked polycrystalline PT ceramics or thick films is extremely difficult.  
We investigated the effect of annealing temperature on ferroelectric and piezoelectric properties of aerosol deposed PbTiO3 films. Interestingly AD PT film showed the typical ferroelectric properties and higher Curie temperature. Ferroelectric properties measured were explained with structural modification due to nano-size grain and upshift of Curie temperature was explained with the stress exerted onto film. In detail, c/a ration was diminished due to the nano-size grain and Curie temperature was upshifted due to the compressive stress.  
In this presentation, we changed the annealing temperature to modulate the grain size and stress and characterized the ferroelectric and piezoelectric properties.
