제목 Epitaxial Phase Transition between DG and HEXon Different Pathways in Diblock Copolymer Thin Film
초록 Block copolymer self-assembles into various microphase-separated structures, which undergo order-order phase transitions. The phase transition of DG (double gyroid) and HEX (hexagonally packed cylinder) are induced by changing the temperature or by applying the external field. And this transition has been established to follow different mechanisms according to the imposed field. Recently, a new epitaxial transition from DG to HEX has been reported in thin film. The phase behavior in thin film is influenced by the interfacial interaction and the confined geometry. In this study, we investigated the phase transition behavior from DG to HEX transition and vice versa in PS-b-PI thin film. The grain boundary of coexistence phase and transition kinetics were studied by using TEMT and GISAXS, respectively. The phase transition was reversible, but the transition pathway of the two phases influenced their epitaxy as well as the transformation kinetic.
