In this work, bionanocomposite films were synthesized using CHS, PVA, starch nanoparticle (SNP), SSA, and glycerol (GL), xylitol (XL). Bionanocomposite films added SNP were prepared by a casting method and UV curing process. SNP were prepared using MBS and glutaraldehyde via a simple emulsion diffusion method. SNP were characterized by SEM, TEM. In addition, the surface and cross-section morphologies of bionanocomposite films were examined by SEM. TS, EB (%), SB and solubility of prepared bionanocomposite films were investigated. The results indicated that physical properties were improved by the addition of SNP. In order to apply a transdermal drug delivery patch, we prepared the SNP imprinted with ALP as the target drug (ALP-SNP), and then synthesized functional bionanocomposite films added ALP-SNP. The degree of ALP release was examined using human skin condition (pH 6.8±0.2 and 36.5±0.5 ℃). Results of the artificial skin test verified that ALP was released constantly for 7 days. |
