Graphene has attracted a lot of attention because of its outstanding electrical properties, thermal conductivity, and mechanical properties. Graphene has been used as high performance semiconductors, biosensors, solar cells, flexible display, etc. Recently, a targeting drug delivery system has been suggested on the base of carbon nanomaterials such as graphene due to its high drug loading amounts and controlled release on diffident cellular environment. Herein, we simply synthesize folic acid (FA)-pyrenemetylamine (PMA) conjugate using amidation process between the carboxylic acid groups of FA and the amine groups of PMA. Prepared FA-PMA and rGO were easily attached through noncovalent approach in p-p interaction. Synthesized rGO/FA-PMA assemblies might be used as targeting system to detect cancer cells. 2017년 한국교통대학교 지원을 받아 수행하였음. |
