제목 Electrode and Electrolyte Reformation Using Carbonized Polyvinylidene Dichloride(PVDC) for Quasi Solid Dye Sensitized Solar Cell Performance Enhancement
초록 Dye sensitized solar cell (DSSC) is one of the promising research these days due to low cost, simple assembly, and abundant source of energy. The liquid type of electrolyte was used in DSSC at first, but leakage and evaporation of liquid electrolyte caused health hazards and critical stability issues. To overcome the problems, gel polymer electrolyte has studied as substitute solution. In this study, gel polymer electrolyte, which functionalized by carbonized PVDC was used for improved photovoltaic performance. Small size of carbonized PVDC penetrate polymer matrix to reduces its crystallinity and increase ionic conductivity. Also, few accumulated carbonized PVDC was filed up onto counter electrode and forms electronic conductive pathway.
