제목 전기수력학 프린팅을 이용한 인쇄전자소자 개발
초록 Printed electronics have attracted significant attention for several decades due to their broad applicability to future electronic devices, including flexible displays, electronic skins, e-papers, and wearable sensors. Among several printing methods, electrohydrodynamic (EHD) jet printing has received a great deal of attention due to the unique advantages such as high resolution from the micro- to nano-scale, broad ink selectivity, and fine pattern accuracy compared to conventional inkjet printing. In this study, we report study on EHD jet printing of various materials (e.g., colloidal nanoparticles, polymers, and small molecules) for various electronic applications such as transistor, sensor, and electrochromic device.
