Analysis of Tin contains on the textile substrate coated by the waterborne Polyurethane containing Tin-free and tin-contained additive |
초록 |
Traditional coating process utilize harmful solvents which impacts the healthy of the workers and the environment. Solvents release chemical compounds into the atmosphere which are harmful to the environment and dangerous when inhaled by workers. So we would like to study some recent works on the preparation of Tin-free coating fabric and we are developed the first high performance environmentally friendly performance coating for outwears. Safer for the wearer and the manufacturer, Bristex Aqua Polyurethane(APU) utilizes the more less solvent and Tin-free additive in its manufacturing process. The composition and properties of prepared additive from cross linking agent and catalyst were observed from GC-MSD and Elemental analysis.
