Micronization of Loperamide using Aerosol Solvent Extraction System (ASES) |
| 초록 |
Loperamide is a long acting synthetic antidiarheals drug with low water solubility and bitter taste. Aerosol Solvent Extraction System (ASES) has been used to micronize loperamide. Liquid CO2 and supercritical CO2 has been used has been applied as anti solvent. The effect of various parameters such as temperature (10 - 50°C) and pressure (80 250 bar) has been observed. Particle was characterized using DSC, FT-IR, and XRD. Finally, dissolution rate of processed material was compared to raw material. |
