A TiO2 nanorod electron transfer layer(ETL) was coated using a hydrothermal synthesis method. For coating conditions, FTO was dipped in 0.1 M titanium isopropoxide solution and hydrothermally synthesized at 300°C for 30 minutes. The morphology, crystal structure, and chemical bonding of the TiO2 nanorod ETL was confirmed using SEM, XRD, and XPS, respectively. The structure of the device is FTO / nanorod TiO2 ETL / Perovskite(CH3NH3PbI3) photo active layer / spiro-MeOTAD hole transfer layer / Ag electrode. The electrical property of the Perovskite solar cell was measured with a solar simulator, resulting in the photoelectric conversion efficiency of about 7.8%. |
