제목 | Development of MoOx@ NiMo heterostructure catalyst for pH-universal hydrogen evolution reaction |
초록 | To solve the environmental pollution, studies for hydrogen production using water electrolysis, an alternative energy resource, have been conducted. Especially, the development of transition metal-based cathode catalysts has been carried out to replace Pt with problems of scarcity and cost. In this study, core-shell like MoOx@NiMo was fabricated by two facile steps. The morphology and composition were controlled by varying deposition conditions, and electrochemical etching was used to remove excess Ni and fabricate MoOx on surface. As a result, the correlation between the ratio of Mo4+ and HER(hydrogen evolution reaction) activity was confirmed, and the optimized catalyst showed high activity in acid, neutral and alkaline media. |
