Highly Robust Electrode Using Electro-Hydrodynamic Contacted Printing (EHCP) For Flexible Speaker |

Here we report a method to fabricate a highly robust electrode via Electro-Hydrodynamic Contacted Printing (EHCP). The electrode fabrication process is composed of contacted printing. It is directly patterning on various insulated polymer film using silver precursor. At this time, we able to control shape of electrode in many different forms like line, square, and spiral etc. And the other step is over-patterning reducing agent on silver trace at ambient temperature. Percolation of the silver nanoparticles into polymer film causes electrode to have robust ability. So, It is utilized this method for fabricating flexible speaker. The speaker is fabricated by silver electrodes on both sides of polymer film. And polyvinylidene difluoride (PVDF) is sandwiched in between electrodes. The electrode resistance shows 24.7 Ω/cm. And the sound pressure level (SPL) of this speaker is Hz. This research will proceed to increase speaker efficiency. |
