| 초록 | The carbazole derivatives, 3,3’-(1,4-phenylene di-2,1-ethenediyl) bis[9-ethyl-9H-carbazole] (PEEC) and 3,3’-(1,4-phenylene di-2,1-ethenediyl) bis[9-ethyl-9’-methyl-9H-carbazole] (PEEMC) were synthesized for the purpose of evaluation of the difference between tertiary amine and quaternary ammonium salt in photoluminescence (PL) and electroluminesence (EL) properties. 9,9’-Diethyl-9H,9’H-[3,3’]bicarbazole (DEBC) and 9,9’,9”-Triethyl-9H,9’H,9”H-[3,3’,6’,3”]tercarbazole (TETC) were also synthesized by coupling reaction for PL and EL properties. {image1} |
