The use of high-performance noise suppressors is gradually increasing to solve the internal EMC problems caused by the high performance, diversification of functions, and thinning of mobile electronic devices. In particular, MXene is attracting attention as a material that can solve EMI/EMC/high heat dissipation technology required for 5G communication technology. EMI shielding performance is affected by the pores inside the electromagnetic shielding film. In this study Ultra-exfoliated MXene was synthesized on MAX using the mild synthesis method and CT-reactor, and an EMI shielding film was fabricated, and High EMI shielding performance is obtained. In addition, using Ultra-exfoliated MXene, EMI shielding performance was improved by making pores inside the MXene film using hydrazine and chloroform, and the stability of the composite MXene film was improved using CNTs and NaAsc. |
