Photomultiplication type lead-free Cs2AgBiBr6 photodetectors for high gain based on electron tunneling injection |
초록 |
PM type PDs emerging as a rising star for weak light detection and communication applications. In this regard, PDs developed using polymers from past few years. However, the practical applications are challenged by their high voltage and slow response time. In this work, for the first time, lead-free double perovskite Cs2AgBiBr6 is utilized for environmentally robust PM type PDs, via exploiting the intrinsic, abundant trap state density led to the high gain of 16000 at -3 V via electron tunnelling electron injection. The realization of an environmentally robust PM type PDs from Cs2AgBiBr6 with a high gain performance will inspire further development of robust PM type devices using lead-free double perovskites. |
