제목 Study of Polymeric Electron transporting layer in Polymer Electrophosphorescent Light-emitting Diode
초록 Organic diodes containing two consecutive polymeric semiconductive layers, one of which acts as electron transporting layer (ETL), were investigated. Diodes could be fabricated by a special lamination technique followed by controlled annealing process. Polymers used were poly(9,9- dioctylfluorency-2,7-diyl) (PFO) as EML host, Ir(ppy)2 acac as EML dopant, and poly(dioctylfluorene-alt-benzothiadiazole) (F8BT) as ETL. Vapor-deposited Li-Al layer was used as a cathode. Photoluminescence spectrum, I-V-L characteristics and I-V characteristics under illumination will be presented and discussed.
