제목 | Volumetric properties of choline chloride based deep eutectic solvent mixed with solvent |
초록 | Ionic liquids (ILs) are used in various chemical processes because of their physicochemical properties such as negligible vapor pressure, good thermal stability and low volatility. Due to the high cost of ILs and the growing concerns on their toxicity, many researchers have focused on choline chloride (ChCl) based solutions that are similar to ILs in physicochemical properties. Moreover, ChCl based solutions have many advantages over existing ILs such as low cost and eco-friendly. However, it is difficult to use the solvents in actual processes owing to insufficient property data of solutions. This study measured the densities of mixtures that were mixed ChCl based solution with water or alcohols in temperature range 283.15-343.15K. With the obtained density data, regression analysis was performed for isothermal data sets and excess molar volumes were calculated. *This was supported by Korea National University of Transportation in 2017. |
