Multi-color Fluorescence Carbon Nanoparticles Based on Natural Source |

This present work demonstrates on the preparation and application of different colored unique fluorescent carbon nanoparticles (FCNs) with reaction conditions from natural source of mango fruit. Different spectroscopy and microscopic investigations have applied to characterize the prepared water soluble FCNs. All of FCNs demonstrated hydrodynamic diameters ranging from 5-15 nm, holding great promise for biological applications. The in vitro cytotoxicity confirmed of all prepared FCNs showed profound potential at in vitro imaging and in vivo biodistribution. Finally the intravenously administered FCNs with different colored particles precisely demonstrated the clearance scenario, revelling predictable and complete urinary excretion. |
