In vitro evaluation of extra cellular matrix leaded polycaprolactone electrospun membrane potential for vascular tissue engineering application |
초록 |
Extracellular matrix (ECM) derived from human or animal tissues have been received much attention for their unique biochemical and architectural criteria. This ECM loaded with fibrous membranes can modulate microstructure, mechanical properties, porosity as well as cellular functions via migration, differentiation, gene expression therefore can play an important role in regenerative medicine. The aim of this study is to compare polycaprolactone (PCL) electrospun membrane and porcine derived ECM loaded PCL electrospun membrane for vascular tissue engineering application. Fibrous membranes with nano-micro size will be characterized for surface structure, diameter, porosity, hydrothilicity, mechanical strength and degradation profile. Biological evaluation on both biodegradable mats will be assessed by rat bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (RBMSC). The combined ECM loaded PCL membrane could be exhibited favorable mechanical and biological properties as well as may be a potential scaffold for vascular tissue engineering. |
