| 제목 | Biodiesel production from waste oil using Candida antarctica lipase |
| 초록 | Methanol is generally used as an acyl acceptor for the biological production of biodiesel. However, its strong inhibition effect on lipase activity decreases the productivity and increases the cost of enzyme supplementation. In this study, we improved the lipase activity, by stepwise addition of methanol to prevent the deactivation of lipase. The transesterification of the waste oil with methanol was investigated in the prescence of an immobilized enzyme from Candida antartica. |
